1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories

To raise a return request, please contact us with your order details and clear images or videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by SOLVIVA. Once approved, we will share instructions for pickup or return shipment.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, SOLVIVA may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by SOLVIVA only in cases of damaged or incorrect products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all other cases

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
